Aptitude Round: This round consisted of three sections of questions.
Technical Round 1: The interviewer started with "Tell me about yourself and what are your hobbies?" They went through the resume and asked to explain all projects, including showing a project, discussing the ER diagram flow, and how the database was designed. Questions covered the difference between SQL and NoSQL, MySQL vs. Firebase, unique key and primary key differences, login page forgot password implementation, and API usage. Questions related to social activities, head of responsibilities during lockdown, and handling missed deadlines were also asked. The interviewer displayed a database of employee tables and asked to write SQL queries for Left Joins, explaining why Left Join over Inner Join and how other joins work.
Technical Round 2: This round started with "Introduce yourself." Technical questions included the difference between pass by reference and pass by value with examples, Java vs. Javascript, Structure vs. Class, and swapping two numbers without a third variable. Cloud Computing and its working were also discussed. A puzzle similar to the water jug problem (7L, 5L, 4L buckets to measure 6L) was given. A situational question about managing a team with a deadline and sick/absent members was also posed.
HR Round: Questions included "Introduce yourself," hobbies (reading, specific book names), internship offers, plans for higher studies, and family background.
