Technical Round 2 (Advanced Technical Discussion): This round also lasted 60 minutes. Discussion points included detailed questions on a Machine Learning project, focusing on overfitting, underfitting, and model validation metrics. Designing a Bluetooth-enabled bulb with considerations for multiple user connections was another topic. The interviewer also asked about implementing and optimizing a power function in C using bitwise operations, types of operating systems and their specific use cases, and computing the XOR of two numbers without the XOR operator.
HR Round (Personal and Professional Fit): This round had a duration of 30 minutes. Queries addressed included the role and impact of MediaTek in the semiconductor industry, personal strengths and weaknesses and strategies to manage them, and expectations from the workplace and company culture.
