The process consisted of three rounds.
Section 1 (Aptitude + Coding): This round had 30 aptitude questions (30 minutes) covering topics like Profit & Loss, Ratios, Probability, and Basic Maths. This was followed by 4 coding questions in 60 minutes. The candidate was able to solve them, and 6 out of 20 students were selected for the interview round.
Round 2 (Technical Interview - 40 min): The interviewer started with "Introduce yourself." Then, three SQL queries were given, and the candidate had to predict their output (medium to hard difficulty). The interviewer checked proficiency in HTML. OOPs concepts like polymorphism and its types were discussed, and whether the candidate used polymorphism in projects. A question on exception handling was asked. One basic coding question was given at the end: "reverse the string without using reverse keyword." The candidate solved the questions and convinced the interviewer, leading to 4 out of 6 students qualifying for the next round.
HR Interview: This round included a puzzle: "Given 9 balls all of which weigh the same except for one, what is the minimum of weighings necessary to find the ball weighs more (or less)?" The interviewer then asked about the final year project and its explanation. HR questions included: "Where do you see yourself in 2 and 5 years?", "If you have a deadline and a bug, will you submit or ask for an extension?", "What have you learned apart from college syllabus?", "Strengths and Weakness?", and "How would you contribute to the company?". The overall HR interview was great, but the technical part was difficult, with a lot of cross-questioning. The candidate was selected.
