Experience:

This candidate initially applied for a Frontend Developer position at Locus. The first round was a technical discussion with the CTO, covering overall experience and challenges. An easy DSA question related to the frequency count of an element in an array was asked. The second round was a machine coding session focused on React.js projects. Weeks later, a different HR contacted the candidate for a Full-stack developer role. Despite the candidate's limited backend experience, they were encouraged to interview.
