Experience:

This experience was for an Analyst Role (6-month internship with a Pre-Placement Offer) through a college campus drive in January 2024. The overall process was noted as a bit slow, with a total of three rounds.

Round 1: Online Aptitude Round
This round included questions on SQL, Python, Verbal abilities, and Reasoning. This round was not eliminatory.

Round 2: Video Interview Round
Candidates had to record video answers to AI-based questions. Questions were basic, covering self-introduction, projects, internship experience, situation-based scenarios, and knowledge about IQVIA.

Round 3: Technical + HR Interview
There were three interviewers in this round. Questions delved deeply into the candidate's projects, favorite subjects (e.g., "in DBMS which data structure is used"), and reasons for choosing those subjects. Standard HR questions like expected salary and interest in the role were also asked. This round lasted approximately 30 minutes. Ultimately, one student was selected.
