This interview experience is for JSW ONE Platforms, a technology-driven, product-based company. The entire selection process took about four months.
ROUND 1 (Technical MCQ Round): This initial round featured multiple-choice questions on core computer science concepts. Topics included DBMS, Operating Systems, Computer Networking, Algorithm Design, Data Structures, Linux, and Web Technologies.
ROUND 2 (Coding Round): The second round comprised three coding questions, varying in difficulty from easy to challenging. Candidates needed at least two correct answers to advance. The problems included a basic math problem, a question related to game theory, and a dynamic programming problem.
ROUND 3 (Group Discussion): Participants were given a topic and engaged in a group discussion, observed by mentors who selected top performers for the next stage.
ROUND 4 (Personal Interview): The final round was a personal interview with JSW's internal tech team. Interviewers asked coding problems and questions related to system design. The candidate successfully cleared all rounds and secured a position.
