Online Assessment (June 2nd Week 2024):
This assessment consisted of 2 medium Data Structure questions. The candidate solved both, passing all tests, though acknowledging potential for more optimization.

Interview D-day (July 2nd Week 2024): Consisted of 3 rounds, each 45 minutes, conducted on HackerRank. All 3 rounds happened irrespective of performance.

Round 1 (Technical - Code Review & DSA):

• Code Review Task: The candidate was given a code review task and chose Java as the language.
• DSA Question: Find the longest substring without repeating characters.
• Follow-up: Longest substring if 'k' repeating characters are allowed.

Both questions were solved, and the round went well.

Round 2 (System Design - HLD):
The task was to design a service to integrate an AI service (which detects vehicle in/out) into a parking lot system. The discussion focused on which components would require scaling. The candidate discussed their approach, and the round went well.

Round 3 (Managerial/Behavioral):
Most questions were "Tell me about a time when..." scenarios. Topics included conflict resolution, teamwork, ethics & morality, and outlook on feedback. The conversation flowed smoothly.

Post Interview: A few days later, the candidate received an email from HR to confirm current CTC details, notice period, and expected CTC. An offer was received a couple of days after that. A week after the offer, two team matching calls happened, allowing the candidate to choose a team.
