Incture visited the campus in August for an Associate Software Engineer profile. The drive included an online test, a design thinking round, a technical interview, and an HR interview.
Round 1: Online Test
This test had two parts: Aptitude (logical reasoning and verbal) and Coding. The aptitude part was "not so easy" but manageable with practice.
There were 3 coding questions:
Round 2: Design Thinking Round
This round was important. The suggestion for this round was to research problem statements online, make flowcharts, and write in bullet points, maintaining an intro, solution, and conclusion.
Round 3: Technical Interview Round
The interview started with an introduction. A significant portion (10-15 minutes) was dedicated to discussing the candidate's solution from the design thinking round. The interviewer seemed impressed with the solution.
